OML 17 Crude Lifting

Continental Energy was engaged to manage offshore crude lifting operations at OML 17, one of the most productive blocks in the Niger Delta. Our scope covered the full lifting cycle from nomination to cargo delivery, with strict adherence to NNPC/NPDC scheduling requirements and international maritime safety standards.

To meet the demanding lifting schedule, Continental Energy coordinated closely with terminal operators, vessel owners, and regulatory authorities. Our operations team managed 18 lifting cycles over the contract period, ensuring accurate metering, documentation, and cargo reconciliation at every stage. Real-time vessel tracking and 24-hour operations monitoring were deployed throughout.

The project was completed with zero lost-time incidents, full regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of over 2 million barrels of crude to designated export terminals on schedule.
